Synopsis

Goofball, a filmmaker obsessed with his dreams, spends his time confined in a grotesque hospital room due to a mysterious medical condition. His acerbic production director supervises him as a nurse. Goofball senses that something is amiss in his dreams. Nonetheless, nothing changes until the arrival of the umpteenth gift from the mysterious Mr. Coconut.
