Synopsis
The psychopath, who seems completely confused by the media and fake news, is admitted to a closed psychiatric ward where he has to undergo radical treatment and is transferred from one high-security level to the next. In the end, he sits in a cell on basement level 4, 40 meters underground, and has a completely new personality.
