During a late-night dress rehearsal of Romeo & Juliet, chaos erupts when Juliet is cued… already "dead," complete with a very real dagger through her side. Turns out, she’s fine—well, physically—but hopped up on adrenaline and fully committed to “authentic pain,” she starts berating everyone in sight. Romeo, a tortured method actor, refuses to break character and insists they “just roll with it,” while the harried stage manager—equal parts drill sergeant and anxious control-freak —tries to wrangle the spiraling disaster into something remotely resembling Shakespeare. Cue missed cues, absurd improv, and a balcony scene that ends in a shouting match.

It’s Shakespeare, but with more chaos, caffeine, and fake blood than the Bard ever intended.
