The fate of the Crimean Tatar people, deported from Crimea to Uzbekistan in 1945. The difficult path back to their homeland, the problems of national revival. Newsreel footage tells the story of the Crimean Tatars' life in Crimea before World War II and the Nazi occupation of Crimea.
