Synopsis
Cassandra Noriega, a news journalist, exposes the truth behind a controversial ground-based drone program known as the Leviticus 24:20 Initiative. A Mexican and American jointly implemented strategy that eradicates violence with violence to fight drug trafficking, border control and organized crime in Mexico.
