Synopsis
After terrorist nuclear attacks target the Western United States, America is thrown in chaos! Superhumans are being overwhelmed by growing street mobs, who combine to kill. After the murder of Black Claw, her younger sister takes up the cause and becomes Black Talon! Black Talon attempts to bring Phoenix, Arizona under control, but is hopelessly outnumbered... until she runs into fellow superhumans Lynx and the mysterious Obscura Prime!
