X roams the industrial wastelands like a rabid dog, seeking in violence an antidote to the emptiness of his existence. A nihilist to the core, he finds fleeting relief only in brawls, fights, and chaos. But when the adrenaline fades, silence returns, exposing the muddy depths of his soul. Left alone with an unbearable void, he slowly spirals into panic. Rejected by street gangs and confronted with his mother's fading mind, X begins to realize that the side effects of his violent "remedy" may ultimately prove fatal.

"荒咬" is a title created specifically for the film. The character 荒 evokes desolation and inner emptiness, while 咬 means "to bite." The title expresses a relationship in which human beings and the void devour one another.
