In a future where humanity crams into vertical megalopolises, a handful of immortal Regents govern from the shadows through a system of data control rather than direct coercion. This episode 1 follows D. Cypher, a lone hacker, as he infiltrates a nightclub to make contact with small-time dealers and pull information out of them. A routine job. Or almost.

Saiba Riot is an original animated series, entirely written, directed, and produced solo by Jonathan Carène - Masayume Studio, blending traditional Japanese anime aesthetics with urban cyberpunk and steampunk. Every shot, every character, every set was built using the most advanced AI creation tools available, all in service of a fully human artistic direction.
