ONE NIGHT, A CINEMA
2026
UNA NOTTE, UN CINEMA
Short
Synopsis
Ettore is a man carrying a heavy burden in his heart; he has a vacant gaze and speaks little, yet seems to want to say so much. His movements are steady, paced by the ticking of a wall clock. It is in the lobby of a small cinema that Ettore attempts to reach—for truly recovering it is impossible—what he has lost. Perhaps himself, perhaps something else. The language of Una notte, un cinema is one of dialogue and sound that transports the viewer right there into the cinema with him—a place that holds a special significance, just as Ettore himself does.
