A young woman buys a Ouija board on Limited, a second-hand marketplace app. Following the instruction manual to the letter, she lights a candle and tries to summon the spirits of her grandparents. No response. With mounting frustration, she runs through increasingly random names, while the planchette stays motionless and the only signal she gets is an app notification asking whether her order went through. Convinced she has been scammed, the protagonist abandons the séance and leaves her verdict in a review: "Doesn't work. Would not recommend." One star. Then she turns off the light.
