The Documentary follows both work activities and out of work adventures to show the unconditional bond that has formed between the people who run the program and the disabled individuals. The lives of individuals who work at Bettolini are all different and yet they share the same goal. The soul of each story is a mosaic piece of a common piece of art. The sound is a fundamental part of the film and accompanies the mosaic of images with the metallic sound of rotaries, the sound of nature intertwined with the voices of people who work at the Coop and the people who run the program. The camera follows Damiano while his parents, his colleagues and the program's operators help him tell his story. Through Damiano, therefore, we are able to hear the collective story of the Coop as a whole and its characters.
