Carnival week, March 2001. Barese, his cousin Secondo and their friend Ivy are the former member of the music band "L3D". They would put again together the band, but their former producer Lamberto is against they play their own songs. One night, after a Carnival party, they decide to go to Lamberto's house in order to threaten him and make him sign a waiver. Suddenly a tramp enters the house: she looks like Diana, their old friend and fourth member of the band, who disappeared for years. Together with her, also two masked guys enter the home, delivering Lamberto's waiver and confessing they obtained it at a very high price.
