Synopsis

FRAGMENT | Every white hair on old Douglas Morland’s head can be attributed to his nephew, the scandalmonger Basil. The root of the family quarrel is Basil’s engagement to a simple showgirl, whom Uncle Douglas’s delicate sensibilities do not approve.
