“Spellbeamed uses the acts of translation and transcription to amplify the questions: ”what is a score?” and “what kind of musicalities can be transmitted through extended ideas of scoring?” The inspiration for the piece was the archival collection of the great literary and cultural critic Walter Benjamin.

The film follows in part the reality of airport life. As well as experiencing the usual crowds of passengers we witness the location and destruction of an unidentified piece of luggage, a fight between migrants, the emergency services helping a patient. Alongside everyday reality we see a whole range of mystical transformations of this world, from a jungle with exotic tribes to an underwater kingdom, then to a snow field which melts to form the river Styx, flowing to the horizon in to an endless sea in the direction which the passengers will eventually fly, their planes becoming mystical craft...

Best friends Jeff and Tucker have grown up like most boys: playing video games and causing mischief. Now, late into their 20s, Jeff's new job promotion is moving him out of the country and away from Tucker's irresponsibility forever. With one last night together, they have to break into the UP-Ex shipping facility to steal back a package - a mysterious golden box - and hope their friendship can survive the adventure.

Oriental Honey Buzzard (Pernis ptilorhynchus) is one of the raptors in Taiwan that specifically builds their nests in “ferns”. While other buzzards migrate between cold northern continent and warm southern islands, they prefer to propagate in Taiwan. Ninety-nine Peaks is their major habitat. With different feather colors, this species can only be distinguished from other birds by their long narrow beak and sharp claws. However, it is certain that all oriental honey buzzards love to eat pupa of bees. The Oriental Honey Buzzard of Ninety-nine Peaks is a documentary produced by Raptor Research Group of Taiwan and published by Forestry Bureau, Council of Agriculture Executive Yuan in 2011. This film not only was nominated in the 34th Montana International Wildlife Film Festival but also won the first –run film in the National Ecological Film Festival and the Best Animal Behavior Award at the 2011 Japanese Wildlife Film Festival.

In 1991 three teen girls called Midi, Maxiand Efti became celebrities over night and the suburb Akalla was suddenly known all over Sweden. Fifteen years later two old friends try to make a film about the phenomenon. But Midi, Maxi and Efti no longer have contact, and they are not at all interested in talking about the past. A melancholically journey to the past by two friends who have a hard time letting go. "I like it like it is and I like it like it was but I'm not so sure any more any any more..." We've been invaded again, but this time is our own fault: We've created New Media. They've dominated the human race, changing themselves into biomecanical appearance self-sufficient organisms.

The woman is moving, attending to things, the man watches. Fun products scroll across the screen as a break. We switch lives. The young girl now watches. Actually she has always been watching, bemused. The obvious things go unnoticed but not by her. The title THIS ROOM IS WHITE was mentioned in a conversation with a friend who used it as a new expression of speech, referring to the obvious, the fact, the reality which often gets ignored. This movie was made with hand-drawn animation, 15 drawings per second and stop-motion with the "Wacky Stickers" (which is my collection for when I was a kid in the early 70's). Several scenes were rotoscoped from films from the 70's.

The Choco area in Colombia remains isolated between sea and forest. There, religious missions, military operations, and touristic projects have come and gone. Free of narration, Tropic Pocket captures images to witness these actions. The spectator will decide which amongst these layers of reality and mystification are the most deceitful.

It is up to Lucha to search within herself and discover what lengths she will go to in order to survive.

Michael Simons and Paul Shoebridge explore what memories mean to us in this creative web story which attracted 100,000 viewers in its first two months and has been nominated for a Webby.

She and her wife Stina, face the big question; Is our baby not going to have a father? Marja (78) and Bodil, part of the first openly gay generation, think their new apartment is too masculine and needs “gender reassignment surgery”.

HOW ARE YOU is a remarkable documentary about two now famous artists. The film brings us back to when they fell in love with each other and started working together. And even though the two young rebels started out shooting salt water into their veins, they ended up meeting a real queen at the peak of their fame. In an astonishing few years Michael Elmgreen and Ingar Dragset have become some of the biggest stars in the international art world. In a sharp, playful and humorous way they pinpoint important themes such as identity, sexuality, welfare and democracy. With simple twists and turns they make us confront ourselves and make us face the conformity and tightness of everyday life and our idiosyncrasies.
