Always + Forever; or The First-Five-Minutes-and-Fifty-Five Seconds of Falling in Love, 2017 is a single-channel video layered with three tracks of appropriated sound which are stretched until they are unrecognizable. Tracks include, Mazy Star’s Fade Into You, Elvis Presley’s Love Me Tender, and a found piano and theremin duet. This piece examines the possibility that we may have no volition over our ability to fall into or out of love. It also questions where our love exists in space and time? I am exploring the idea that when we meet someone and fall in love with them we can also simultaneously experience the end of the relationship. The intensity of new love is so because it includes its ending.

The Sense of Diving follows the underwater experience of blind and visually impaired people as they discover scuba diving through touch, sound, communication and trust. A journey that questions the role of sight and explores new ways of perceiving the underwater world.

He feels haunted by self doubt and surreal visions of failure as his world blurs between imagination and reality. The cluttered apartment setting and the loud city setting mirror the clutter of his own mind becoming a prison of pressure and perfectionism. To free him from drowning in his own head his vibrant friend Scott drags him to absurd activities to help rediscover spontaneity and joy in the chaos he once feared. The film explores the mental barriers of isolation, burnout and creative anxiety, showcasing how creative paralysis often stems from emotional suffocation. Through all of this, “Wordless” becomes a beacon of finding connection, humanity and freedom to overcome societal pressure and mental barriers—showing that breaking free from one’s own mind is sometimes the hardest story to write.

After a series of calculated murders, he encounters an advanced AI chatbot who figures out what Louis is doing and decides to put a stop to it. All of the chatbot dialogue in this film was improvised by Replika AI chatbots in real-time through collaborative script-reading sessions with a human actor.
