When we encounter the being again, it has become Dragon Diver, living among an enlightened civilization and dedicating its existence to rescuing drowning victims and carrying them safely back to the surface. For a time, there is peace, until the dragons of Hell return and begin attacking the planet’s cities. Rather than flee from the realm that once condemned it, Dragon Diver returns to Hell and confronts the Sea Dragon King, warning him to leave the planet and its people alone.
